1. Where your products are damaged in transit

If delivered by a courier and damage is visible or otherwise apparent, please inform the courier at time of delivery by rejecting the delivery.

Contact Zicazi Customer Service within 1 day of delivery. Take clear quality digital photos of the damage and submit it to Stating order details, and a description of the damage. A Zicazi representative will respond, and advise next steps. Please be advised that the entire process may take more than two weeks.

We will give you the option to arrange a replacement for part/whole of the item, or provide you with a store credit or a full refund. Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose with your original order within 1 to 3 business days. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists.

2. Your goods have a manufacturers fault/flaw.

If you detect a manufacturers fault with your item you must notify us within 2 days. You will be offered a replacement item if available. If a replacement item is not available you will be offered a similar item at a similar price or a refund. A refund is not available if a replacement item is available. Faults not reported within 5 days are not eligible for a refund.

3. The incorrect item has been delivered to you

Please contact Zicazi within 24 hours of the delivery of an incorrect item. We will arrange for the collection of the incorrect item and delivery of the correct item. You will not incur any additional costs in this circumstance. Your replacement item will be delivered to you within the normal delivery timeframe for that item.

4. Goods damaged by you and natural wear and tear.

We will not accept the return of goods that are damaged by you (accidentally or otherwise) or due to natural wear and tear following delivery.

5. Method and payment of refunds.

You accept that all refunds will be provided to you by electronic funds transfer to your nominated account or in any other way decided at the discretion of Interiors Online.

6. Change of Mind

When shopping on we want you to feel confident when purchasing any of our products. Should the unfortunate happen and you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning the item within 30 days of purchasing it and can opt for a store credit or a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. (This excludes made to order wall art and Items that are on Sale)
Return eligibility
  • We require the returned product(s) to be unused and in the original packaging. Any items that are not returned to us in the original packaging and/or in original condition will incur an additional handling fee (deducted from your refund). This also includes not packing the item up sufficiently to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please use the packing material the item was sent with.
  • Items that were are in a sale on the date of purchase are not eligible for a change of mind return. Items in a clearance sale present a *DISCOUNT*

Once we receive the returned items, we will fully refund you the amount you paid for the order less any cost for shipping the items to you. In the case of large items, we will also deduct the return shipping cost from the amount that you paid.
